What's Included in a Home Inspection

Anchor Inspection Group Home Inspections

Some home inspections include only the bare minimum. At Anchor Inspection Group, we believe a home inspection should be more than a safeguard against major issues. Our inspection report is also a useful resource for the property and will include component information and maintenance recommendations to keep your investment in the best condition possible.

Our home inspection consists of a thorough evaluation of the accessible major elements of a home with a written inspection report documenting our observations and findings. Detailed comments alongside color photographs will identify component condition/function and illustrate safety concerns, deficiencies, installation mistakes, improper designs or workmanship issues. For easy reference, information for appliances (including model and serial number) is included in the report.

Our inspection report is delivered the same day as the inspection via email (most often before leaving the property inspected): Go to Home Inspection Reports ->
We also include an optional printed summary delivered on-site: Go to Online Report Summary ->
