Best service, reports, and follow up!

I've used Anchor for all of my inspections over the past 4-5 years. Being in real estate I used to try different companies. Now i just call Anchor Inspection Group.

Best service, reports, and follow up. They can get pretty busy at times, but if you want great service, trust me they're worth waiting a day or two to get. Highly recommend.

Heath at Anchor Inspection Group was awesome! I am a first time home buyer, and felt in good hands with him. He was very, very thorough, and patiently walked me through the entire house.

We are in the midst of buying our first home and needed an inspection done asap. My husband contacted AIG and within the hour, received a response, and had confirmed a price and date/time of the inspection. We were so pleased by their professionalism and efficiency!

We showed up at the end and he detailed his concerns to us during the tour of the house post-inspection, and really took his time to explain to us each element of the inspection and answer any questions we had. He continued to answer our questions throughout the closing process, and even connected with our realtor when needed.

Needless to say, we were very happy with our choice in AIG and would choose them again for our future inspection needs!

Heath is amazing. We actually had hired him to a re-inspection of our home after we closed because we noticed some items we felt as if the other inspector should have caught. Literally everything that was a concern of ours, he also found and notated.

Heath was great! He was flexible enough to do our home inspection on a Sunday. When we got his report, it was very thorough. Just what we wanted since I was out of town and could not be there. Great customer service too.

Heath was very prompt and extremely flexible. Not only was he able to accommodate our tight schedule, he coordinated very well with the seller's agent and was able to communicate with us over text messaging. We had a family emergency to attend to, so we had to conduct all our transactions remotely.

He showed up to the appointment on time and sent us a text message upon completion of the inspection. Heath was even able to handle secure payment via square (over email), so the transaction went very smoothly. Within minutes of receipt of payment, he emailed us a very detailed report, and noted items as detailed as "caulking around the baseboards".

Heath was very professional. He contacted me within minutes of HomeAdvisor.com assigning him the job. He communicated up front what the inspection covered/didn't cover so that there were no surprises. He contacted the realtors to schedule the inspection on the day that I requested and did a very thorough job. My realtor even commented saying "this guy is good!"

Heath also set expectations regarding how long the inspection would take, including inviting me to be in attendance, but letting me know that he would be very busy doing the inspection for the first couple of hours, but would meet with me after he was done and that I would probably be bored if I was there the whole time. As for the inspection itself, Heath did a great job both compiling the report (100+ pages), but also walking through it in detail answering any/all of my questions.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Anchor Inspection (Heath) again.
